Good, but not quite carling. Would be handy if they forwarded concerns to the correct team instead of ask constituents to email them. Also need to sort crashing issue if you do not have location turned on.
Easy to use and to report local issues whilst on the move. Some of the options are placeholders that the council doesn't have seemed to have gotten around to, but does its core operation well.
The report button is always greyed out. The app does not work.

Crashing completely since update. Used to be good. Now trash
While the apps worked well with Android v9.0. Now that my phone phone had been upgraded to V10, the report a problem/issue part has stopped working.
App keeps crashing, trying to report overflow of rubbish, useless app

Put a bin collection reminder which tells you what bin that needs to be put out.
app constantly crashes and is totally unstable. more money wasted by harrow council on something that doesn't work. also asks for access to areas in your phone that it really has no right to be accessing!!! i would also be questioning the 2 5star reviews. come across as council employees trying to push the "new" features
